Trial Class/Assessment Registration Form
Come try the MYC program for yourself! See the studio and materials, try some activities with your child, and give us an opportunity to assess your child's readiness. Trial classes/assessments also available for prospective private students.
A trial class costs $10 per family. If you attend the trial class and subsequently register at least one child for a program this year, this amount will be put towards your registration package.
If you are registering multiple children in the same family, you must fill out a form for each child. You can select the same time for all children you are registering (unless there is an age restriction that does not include all of them).
